Nestled on 20 acres, the property offers a place to simply relax or the chance to interact with our friendly farm animals.
With spectacular west facing views of the Broken Back Range, Rothbury Downs has your sunset drinks covered.

All rooms have a private patio with views over the Broken Back Range. With outdoor seating providing the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass or two.
Numerous bed configurations to suit our guest needs with king, queen and twin bed options. We also offer roll-away beds and cots for those small families.
Whilst all rooms have their own kitchenette they are also connected to "The Common", a large open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment area. This area features a large television and wood fire, providing the perfect space for larger groups and small functions.
Guests will meet the farms friendly animals including Banjo and Henry the highland cows, Rocco and Apollo our miniature donkeys together with Leroy the rooster and his girls.
