Rothbury Downs has 8 studio apartments featuring either a King, Queen or Twin bed configuration. An additional roll-away or cot is also available for all rooms.
All rooms have a private bathroom, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and kitchenware.
Whilst all rooms have their own kitchenette they are also connected to a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This area features a large television and wood fire, providing the perfect opportunity for guests to socialise or for larger groups to entertain together.
All rooms have a private patio with views over the Broken Back Range. With outdoor seating providing the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass or two.
The neighbours often hop over. Surrounded by natural bush, a large dam, vineyards and olive groves, Rothbury Downs is host to numerous wildlife and birds.
