A hot air ballon view of the Rothbury Downs Farmstead showcasing the stunning scenic view of the Broken Back Range. Our west facing property captures every stunning sunset providing the perfect backdrop for your special event. We offer discount packages for guests to enjoy exclusive use of the property for family events, reunions and micro weddings.
All rooms have own bathroom, kitchenette and a private patio with views over the Broken Back Range. Numerous outdoor seating options provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass or two.
With numerous bed configurations including king, queen and twin bed options. We also offer roll-away beds and cots for those small families.
Whilst all rooms have their own kitchenette they are also connected to "The Common", a large open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment area. This area features a large television and wood fire, providing the perfect space for larger groups and small functions. The Common provides inside dining for 10 at a large country style dining table. This area is also connected to an alfresco area with BBQ
Guests will meet the farms friendly animals including Banjo and Archie the highland cows, Rocco and Apollo our miniature donkeys, Leroy the rooster and his girls, and the ducks Duke and Spencer
